The food was fantastic, a little expensive, but still tasted great! The portions are BIG, if you order a super burrito for 4 more. Cheese is an additional 4 more, but not worth it as it can’t be tasted in the burrito. It taste wonderful without it. The service was great, the server was friendly and helpful. It was a little hot in the restaurant. They had the front side open wich allowed for a great breeze to come in.
Easily some of the best vegetarian Mexican food I've had at any restaurant. I came in and had the lunch combo that offered two Enchiladas with rice and beans. The pricing was very affordable especially for vegetarian restaurants. This would be my first recommendation if asked about a choice for Mexican vegetarian food.
Such a fantastic place in the vegan scene in Chicago! Truly the best vegan Mexican food I’ve had ever? We got the enchiladas and the sauce it came in was fantastic. The quesadilla is a must get and the chicharrón taco was good too! I love how they had so many vegan meat options and the woman running the whole operation was the sweetest. I will be back!!
This place is fire . I parked on the side street next to it. Walked in, picked a table, server brought us the menu. Brought a pitches of water, with chips and salsa.They got a variety. Including smoothies and juices. I got the Nachos with Steak Vegan Cheese. I got myself a Torta De Milanesa and Two Tacos De Carnitas. I got those lettuce cheese and tomato.
I love this spot. It has the perfect low-key vibe I enjoy but with the amazing food of a bustling burrito spot, and all options are vegetarian and vegan optional!! I don't eat pork so being able to have pork substitutes is amazing because I actually really enjoy the taste and it holds true taste and texture wise. I always go with the nachos. Great portion for the price and super quick friendly service. This can easily become your favorite go to spot or a nice place to stop by if you're visiting. Full selection of great South American spirits as well for those that drink. All in all a 10/10 in my book. Definitely a new frequent for me.
Delicious vegan food. Authentic flavors. Wonderful staff. Super cute esthetic. We got almost every taco available while we dined there and then ordered a burrito for the walk home! The burrito was fantastic walking food lol. No mess, all flavor. GO HERE.
My friend and I went here to eat last night before an event down the street. The food was so good and filling, highly recommend. But even more than that, the people that work here are sweet and feel like family. I mentioned that I couldn’t take my leftovers with because I had nowhere to store it and they offered to store it in their fridge for me to pick up after the event. Which we did. They were so accommodating and today I am thankful to have my leftovers
Nice place, loved it. I ordered the barbacoa quesadilla and the seasoning was great with the cheese. They gave me a frozen glass with lime and Tajin to pour my Cerveza Pacifico. Really enjoyed my visit, and also Alex the waitress was amazing and always kept an eye on us. Much love to this place
